What delivery service does POW! Tea in your face use?
All orders dispatched from our UK Warehouse (for delivery in Europe) are delivered with Royal Mail.
How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
Dispatch of your online order from our warehouse can take up to 3 – 5 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale/promotional periods.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We ship all domestic orders with Royal Mail. International orders are shipped with DPD, except for locations DPD are unable to reach, in which case your order will be shipped with Royal Mail. Please note the below delivery timeframe estimates:
Domestic shipping timeframes (deliveries within the UK):
3 - 5 business days
International shipping timeframes (deliveries to rest of Europe):
3 – 10 business days

Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases over £35 within the UK
Online purchases of £35 or less can be delivered for £2.95 within the UK.
Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases over £60 within Europe.
Online purchases of £60 or less can be delivered within Europe for £10.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is the POW!Tea in your face's return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your POW! Tea in your face purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with order number, you are welcome to return the item to us within 90 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.
